We all know how important trees are to the planet and this project is a way to acknowledge just how closely linked we are to them; you will be in control of watching your very own tree ‘grow’, using your fingerprints and a selection of paint!
After applying a colourwash basecoat, you’ll lay the foundations for your tree by painting a strong and solid trunk. Next you’ll add the branches – as many as you like! Then comes the fun part of adding filling your tree with luscious leaves and/or blossom using only your fingerprints.
Once you tree is fully grown, we have a selection of tree related quotes to choose from; you’ll paint one on to your plate as a reminder of how precious trees are
